The concept mixes traditional Japanese hospitality with the ease of a modern lounge - a calm room of low tables, sofa seats and a small raised tatami area. The menu runs to home-style cooking built on seasonal ingredients, with deli lunches, deli-gohan and free rice and pork-miso refills, plus single-origin coffee that highlights each bean's fruitiness.
