NANKAI and CHIMNEY TOWN dress Namba Square in about 5,000 lanterns and eyeball objects for four free evenings, 15-18 October 2026. Nankai trains and the Namba Station staircase wrap from 5 October.

NANKAI outdoor fes, 31 Oct and 1 Nov 2026, 11:00-17:00, in the carnival mall between Namba Parks and Namba CITY. Free to walk. Parks tenants and visiting outdoor brands pitch tents. Houyhnhnm runs a collab booth.

Unofficial costume gathering on Dotonbori-suji, Saturday 31 October 2026. No organiser, no street-drinking permit. 2025 rained and police presence rose. Daytime: Minami Fes on Namba Square and Soto Fes in the carnival mall.

Year-round traditional performances at the Dotonbori street food village — taiko drumming, yosakoi dance, bon odori, and Awa Odori by local troupes, with interactive workshops.
Namba Unkai — Sea of Clouds at Namba Parks
なんば雲海
Nankai’s first “Namba Unkai” wraps the rooftop Parks Garden in timed mist and light from 28 August through 1 November — a free after-dark walk through six cloud-sea spots above Namba Station.

Live jazz on a 40-minute Dotonbori canal cruise from Minatomachi Pier, running Friday–Sunday and holidays through 15 November 2026. Adults ¥3,500; rain cancels the sailing.
