Shellfish, Shrimp and Crab is a hidden seafood restaurant in Shinsaibashi with only six counter seats, run by a husband-and-wife team. The signature dish is live Canadian lobster, steamed tableside in a Staub pot with herbs and white wine, alongside fresh shucked oysters sourced from across Japan and an escargot baked in garlic herb butter. The wine list offers more than 30 varieties by the glass, with a focus on Japanese bottles including award-winning labels from Nagano and Yamagata. The restaurant also operates a daytime ramen counter, Shellfish Broth Noodles, serving a luxurious shellfish-dashi bowl on select weekdays. Craft beer rotates by the keg.
