The burgers were delicious, though they were smaller than typical American or Australian sizes even when ordered as a large. The service was disappointing, and I sensed it might have been due to us being foreigners.

I have been a regular at this place for over six years, but recent visits have been frustrating. The online menu lacks options for special requests, the side entrance is often closed, and the ordering system sometimes fails. Service has become inattentive—staff gossip instead of attending to customers, and the payment terminal occasionally does not accept contactless cards. On the positive side, the food is still fresh and the burgers remain tasty, and the atmosphere remains comfortable. Overall, the experience has declined sharply, making it feel more like a teenage‑run shop than a reliable dining spot.

When the restaurant first opened, the food and service were good, but they have deteriorated. Now the steak is small and tough, and dishes arrive spaced out by 10–20 minutes. The staff seem lifeless, and you have to raise your voice to get any attention.
